There are a number of ways you can still contribute including content submissions and sharing news, best practices and insights with the community.

- Applicants can be of any age
- Have an island connectionBe passionate about islands issues, innovation and sustainable development
- Have a desire to change the world
- Must be highly motivated to represent their island/country in our network
- Committed to participating in meetings and trainings

We anticipate that Ambassadors will be required to spend 1-2 hours per week throughout the year, with additional hours in busy periods. As part of your commitment you will be required to join in monthly training sessions and meetings as well as helping to promote our virtual events.

The Fellowship Program is conducted fully virtually, which allows us to accept applications from all over the world.

Our Fellows may be given preference for job applications depending on their performance on the program, but they will still need to apply and go through the selective and interview process with all other candidates.
