Geneve Phillip-Durham from Trinidad, an accomplished academic and research consultant specialising in international relations. With a focus on comparative policy making, capacity building, and governance in Caribbean Small Island Developing States and Territories, Geneve holds a BSc. in Public Sector Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations, an MSc. in Global Studies, and a PhD. in International Relations.

In her impressive eight-year career, Geneve has held management and leadership roles at the Ministry of Social Development and Family Services and the University of St. Martin. She currently serves on the Board of the Accreditation Agency of Curaçao, the Editorial Board for the Island Studies Journal, and the Board of Directors for Solar Head of State—an international NGO focusing on sustainability and renewable energy.

Geneve is a passionate advocate for the political economy of development in small island territories. Her work encompasses publications on resilience, capacity building, good governance, and diversification for sustainable development.
