Randy T. Nobleza is an Assistant Professor III at Marinduque State College, where he has been contributing to the academic landscape since October 2015. Specialising in BA English, Communication Arts, Education, and Nursing, his diverse expertise spans literature, language studies, research, journalism, and organisational communication.
In addition to his academic role, Randy serves as an Archivist/Curator at Marinduque Historical Society and Cultural Advocacy, Inc. (MAHSCAI) since May 2016. Here, he actively engages in Marinduque-focused research on culture, history, and religion, organising events and discussions that promote a deeper understanding of ASEAN, creative resistance, and the rich heritage of the region. With a prior role as the Director of Gender and Development at Marinduque State College from June 2011 to June 2016, Randy has demonstrated his commitment to fostering growth and community development through various initiatives and capacity-building activities.
