Francisco Palacios, was born and raised in Saipan, a tiny tropical island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Simple living has always been a part of life. Fishing, farming, and being outdoors were some of normal activies that this simple island boy grew up doing and still loves to do. A Bachelors in Communication and A Masters Degree in Education (Environmental education) Francisco also known as “Kiko” uses his Education to Reach Out and educate the general community of the importance of Sustainability for the Island. Moreover, Francisco plays a vital role in the Community College’s development as a leader in Sustainability for the Island and the Region.
