About Jahmel Brown

Jahmel Brown is a Youth Advocate, Climate Activist, and Youth Leader who does what he can to fight for a sustainable future. He is dedicated and holds no restriction in fighting for what he believes in. A Youth Leader who is a global leader that participates in eradicating illiteracy and offers up himself for service. This Youth Advocate has been advocating for climate change and policy reform over the past year. As a Climate Activist, he is heavily involved in fighting against climate change in his country, region, and the world. He is a part of numerous organizations such as Youngo (the Youth Constituency), The Caribbean Tree-Planting Project (as a CariPhil Alliance Tree-Planting Ambassador), UWI STAT (Students Today Alumni Tomorrow), and recently appointed National Director for his country, Jamaica. As a National Director for the International Student Environmental Coalition (ISEC), he is in charge of executing initiatives, events, and campaigns surrounding the fight for climate change within his country and beyond. His dedication to service is tremendous in his ability to help others as he goes through life. He is dedicated because he sees our world cannot move, progress, or get better if we do not act to ensure it.
