Further Education and preparation for work can present some particular opportunities and challenges in an island setting – from getting the right expertise in the teaching workforce to teaching practical subjects remotely and tailoring training to the local labour market.
This session will explore different perspectives and examples for how Further Education is structured and delivered on islands around the world.
