His career began at a stock brokerage firm in Amsterdam, later transitioning into project finance, where he has accumulated over 20 years of experience. In recent years, Bernard has focused on consulting, with a specialization in structuring and marketing innovative business models, as well as securing financing for ventures in clean technologies, renewable energy, and Agritech.

With a decade of experience in the indoor farming industry, Bernard has developed deep expertise in Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). As co-founder of Indoor Vertical.Farm, he draws on this extensive background to build synergies between CEA- focused organizations, driving strategic partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering impactful project collaboration. Bernard’s visionary leadership is reflected in his development of impactful marketing strategies and sustainable business practices. Beyond the professional realm, he is driven by a strong sense of social responsibility and is the founder of a charitable initiative supporting children in need.
