About Carlon Mendoza

Carlon is an attorney-at-law and legal consultant called to the bar in Trinidad and Tobago and Belize. He served as the Legal Counsel for the Belize Tourism Board and has held the post of Magistrate with the judiciary of Belize. His work currently focuses on climate change law and policy, disaster law and disaster risk reduction in the Caribbean. At Climate Analytics Caribbean, his projects include providing legislative support and developing a model Climate Change law for the Caribbean as well as advising the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS) on just transition issues.
