Christian Zacchino

I lead, supervise, provide guidance and nurture the knowledge and skills of the General Operations Team. I also lead and execute all processes pertaining to Human Resources, such as Hiring and Exiting, Company Processes, Policies, and Guidelines; all based on a soft HRM approach. I also contribute to the planning and management of our internal and client events. I also lead Tech for our organisation and client projects.

I also had the opportunity to work in different areas like Social Media, Communications, Technology, and Project & Account Management, before moving on to my current role as Director of Operations.
