About Jon Diller
Jon Diller is the Commercial Director at Spear Power Systems, a Sensata Technologies company. Kansas City-based Spear makes advanced lithium ion batteries for marine, aerospace, and defense applications where safety and performance are particularly critical. Their products can be seen in the fabulous Maid of the Mist electric ferries at Niagara Falls, and in Blue Origin’s most advanced spacecraft.
Jon holds degrees from the University of Iowa and Ottawa University. An unabashed fan of green technology, energy storage, and Spear’s people, he brings a relentlessness enthusiasm to the Applications, Business Development, Marketing, and Service elements that he supports.
Jon has a background in advanced electrical interconnect and has largely focused on international business development and applications engineering in his career. He spends a great deal of time traveling both nationally and internationally for presentations, trade shows, and business development opportunities.
