About Noah Greenberg

Noah Greenberg is the Director of Starling Resources, a Bali-based sustainability consulting and advisory practice. Starling Resources engages with stakeholders across sectors to understand issues, develop consensus around workable solutions that fairly distribute costs and benefits, and implement groundwork to support those solutions. Mr. Greenberg has 15 years of experience in project and organizational management, with a focus on environmental markets and finance. He has led or contributed to financing initiatives for wide variety of environmentally motivated interests across numerous geographies, including the Cook Islands, Indonesia, Kiribati, Mexico, Palau, Seychelles, Timor-Leste, and others. Mr. Greenberg is a co-author, along with Rhona Barr, of the UNEP discussion paper MPA Finance: Status and Future Directions.
