Rosan MOUNIEN is the Chairman of the Village By CA – Guadeloupe, and responsible for the management of the specialized branches of the “Crédit Agricole Mutuel” of Guadeloupe, a French Bank with an International Network.
Rosan MOUNIEN has 22 years of experience in banking and more particularly in the financing of companies and structural projects on Guadeloupe’s archipelago. After starting with agriculture and agribusiness, he moved on to manage a business branch and until two years ago, to manage the business center dedicated to large accounts in Guadeloupe and to the financing of impacting projects.
