Leaders of various island nations continue to make their mark in the international arena, as they strive to forge effective policies in the face of climate change, COVID-19, and compromised economic activity. Prime Minister Mottley’s concerns are some of the issues that will be explored at this year’s Virtual Island Summit. VIS2021 will feature roundtable discussions on topics pertinent to island nations all over the world, including the Caribbean islands of Grenada, St. Lucia, Montserrat, and Barbados.
