Research has shown that, if only 10% of this imported produce was replaced by locally grown goods, there would be an overall saving of at least US$33.3 million each year!

The exploration of more modern and sustainable agricultural practices will have the benefit of being not just more affordable, but also provide more nutritious food, and enhance indigenous biodiversity.
